WOTwithTash is operated by Natasha “Tash” Fernandez, a sole trader based in Auckland, New Zealand. I care about your privacy and want you to understand what personal information I collect, why I collect it and how it is handled. What information I collect I may collect personal information when you: • contact me through the website • book a Clarity Session or Talk to Tash conversation • email me directly • make a payment by bank transfer Depending on how you interact with WOTwithTash, this information may include: • your name • your email address • your phone number • the service or topic you are interested in • information you choose to include in a message or enquiry • your booking date, time and service details • payment information visible through a manual bank transfer, such as the payer name, payment reference, amount and date The website does not currently collect or store payment-card information, and no online payment processor is connected. Why I collect your information I collect and use personal information to: • respond to enquiries • understand what you would like to discuss • arrange and manage bookings • provide Clarity Sessions and introductory conversations • send booking confirmations, meeting details and necessary service communications • manage payments and business records • meet legal, accounting or tax obligations • operate, maintain and improve the website and services I will not add you to a marketing list simply because you contact me or make a booking. Providing your information Providing your personal information is voluntary. However, some information is needed for me to respond to an enquiry or arrange a booking. If you do not provide required contact or booking information, I may not be able to respond, schedule a session or provide the requested service. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a website form unless it is relevant and you are comfortable sharing it. Who may receive your information Your information may be processed through the services I use to operate WOTwithTash, including: • Durable, which hosts the website and provides the contact form, CRM and booking system • Google Workspace, which provides business email • Google Meet, which is used for online sessions and may receive your name and email address to create or provide meeting details • my New Zealand bank, when you make a manual bank transfer I may also disclose information if required by law, or where reasonably necessary to obtain confidential professional, accounting or legal advice. I do not sell or rent your personal information. Website information and cookies The website is hosted by Durable. Like other hosted website platforms, Durable may process technical information needed to operate, secure and maintain the site. This may include information such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and platform cookies. I have not added Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising-tracking integrations to the website as at the date of this statement. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn or other external websites are governed by those services’ own privacy practices once you leave this website. Storage and overseas processing Some service providers used by WOTwithTash, including Durable and Google, may process or store information outside New Zealand. I take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and limit access to personal information to what is needed to provide and administer the service. How long information is kept I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or to meet legal, accounting or tax requirements. Contact and booking information may be deleted when it is no longer needed. Some payment and business records may need to be retained for longer where required by law. Keeping information secure I take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If I become aware of a privacy breach that may cause serious harm, I will take the steps required under the Privacy Act 2020. Accessing or correcting your information You may ask for access to the personal information I hold about you or request that it be corrected. You may also ask me to delete information. I will consider and action that request where it is reasonable and the information is not required for an ongoing service, legitimate business record or legal obligation.
