I'm Tash, a Woman of Tech, a people leader, a mentor, a mother, and the human behind WOTwithTash. I've spent nearly 20 years across corporate, government and enterprise environments, leading growth, building trust, and helping people move through complex moments. I've always believed leadership is about energy, not ego. It's how you leave people feeling, how you make hard things clearer, and how you help others hear and trust what they already know without needing to be the loudest voice in the room. But the reason this exists is more personal than a job title. I know what it feels like to be doing well and still feel something shifting underneath. To be capable, trusted, and still wonder what part of yourself you've been leaving out. I've seen the same thing in so many Women of Tech: brilliant women carrying questions quietly because they're used to being the ones who have it together. WOTwithTash is my way of making room for the honest, sometimes messy conversations that help you hear yourself again. My purpose is HOPE: Help Other People Evolve. That is how I lead. That is how I mentor. That is why this exists.
Technology has always been human work.
WOTwithTash exists to help Women of Tech notice what has been waiting beneath the noise. Every product, every decision, every transformation is built, sold, led and scaled by people. And the women doing that work shouldn’t have to choose between competence and warmth, ambition and authenticity, or being taken seriously and being fully themselves. At its heart, WOTwithTash makes room for the kind of honest conversation that helps you hear yourself clearly, name what matters and feel seen without needing to perform.
